Are you eligible to enroll in this program?
If you’re currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at Oregon State University (including the postbaccalaureate computer science program), you must meet the following prerequisites and need to connect with your academic advisor to add this certificate to your program of study:
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Grades of C or higher in the following courses:
- CS 261 – Data Structures
- CS 340 – Introduction to Databases
- CS 344 – Operating Systems I
- CS 372 – Introduction to Computer Networks

Applying for the cybersecurity undergraduate certificate
If you already have a computer science bachelor’s degree from another accredited institution, you may be granted a subsequent undergraduate certificate by applying to OSU as a postbacc student and indicating your program of interest on the application's statement of objectives. You must also meet the prerequisites listed above.
